Rosemary believes in our ability to create whatever we want in our lives but sometimes people need help in doing that. She coaches people in creating their best retirement, a new life journey, by examining where they are now with regard to factors for successful retirement and helping them develop a Personal Retirement Mission Statement and Plan to make the most of the coming years.

Having spent 37 years helping people plan the future for their organizations, their businesses, and their retirements, Rosemary’s first career was as a Community Development Planner with the City of Middle town, Conn. Personally, she has been successful in creating five careers for herself, including retiring twice to create new ventures.  She is also the Founder of Encore Palm Beach County, a nonprofit focused on connecting people over 50 with new work and volunteer opportunities.
